Circa 1970s

An excellent large solid oak  Sewing / Craft / General Storage Cabinet from the talented ex Mouseman craftsman Albert 'Eagleman' Jeffray. Adzed to all front/side facing surfaces  and panelled all over, with a flip lid top and two storage drawaers below, standing on four octagonally carved legs. Alberts signature eagle is incised in  his typical manner to a side frame.

There is a further slide out section under the top lid which also has a hinged / flip section on it. We have to admit defeat in establishing just what it is for or how it was intended to function, but it looks to be complete without anything missing. Maybe someone  who views it at our showroom will be able to enlighten us,  sadly Albert and the original owner who commissioned it are no longer with us.

Superbly made and in excellent original condition, medium fumed and waxed.
