I am pleased to announce that i will shortly be opening a new showroom within the Preston Antiques Centre, New Hall Lane, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 5NQ and vacating my Red House, York premises.

With a larger more accessible floor space and improved on-site furniture handling and parking facilities, it will allow me to expand the business and stock a greater number of larger furniture pieces, such as dining and bedroom suites, that i have had considerable difficulty displaying in York. The Preston Centre specialises in high quality vintage and antique furniture, is open 7 days a week, fully managed and can arrange transport nationally and internationally.

I've lived in Kirkby Fleetham, North Yorkshire since 1995, but was raised, went to school and married in Preston, so i still have very close family and friends living in the Preston and North Lancashire area.  Having a physical presence on both sides of the Pennines will help reinforce my growing reputation as the leading North of England based specialist in Mouseman, Yorkshire Critters and Arts and Crafts furniture.

I am expecting the Preston showroom to be fully stocked and operational by w/c 15th July as some joinery work and decoration  is scheduled for the first week of July. A small number of larger pieces that i currently have at home or in my local Thirsk warehouse will be put on temporary display within the Preston Antiques Centre from early June. Longer term i will also continue to hold some smaller items for sale at my home address in Kirkby Fleetham, North Yorkshire.

As i have always suggested on my website, i would urge clients to check stock availability and its location with me before setting out to view a particular piece.

The website will be updated with full address, google mapping and contact details for the Preston Antiques Centre in the coming weeks. In the meantime i will be pleased to answer any questions existing or prospective clients may have.

Thank you.
