An excellent solid oak nest of three tables by the ex mouseman craftsman Peter ‘Rabbitman’ Heap of Wetwang near Driffield, East Yorkshire. Each of typical rectangular form with adzed tops, supported on four octagonally carved legs joined by stretchers, and each with a signature rabbit carved to the front right leg.

Excellent near new condition and medium fumed colour. Sourced privately from the original owner for whom they were a wedding present in 1980. Hardly ever used since, they present in excellent condition and medium fumed colour. We’ve just re-polished them with clear wax.
