A superb example of the earlier made Robert Thompson ‘Mouseman’ oak small bookcase / bedside cabinet. Unlike more modern made examples  it is adzed to the sides as well as the top with a very finely carved mouse incised into the lower side panel. Two adjustable shelves with a full compliment of shelf supports.

Superb condition and lovely medium fumed and aged depth of colour.

Listed individually it is one of a pair that we have from the same original ownership. (See DS2993). We will be happy to discuss a price for the pair.

Please note DS2993 and DS2994 are a matching pair but were photographed several months apart. One was photographed in the antique centre, the other outdoors at our home. When together you can be assured that they present in the same waxed colour finish).
