An excellent  pair of Sid Pollard lattice back carver dining chairs  from the renowned  early ex mouseman and ‘Yorkshire Critters’  craftsman Sid Pollard, both with excellent original thick aniline leather upholstered seats. 

Excellent overall condition, lighter medium fumed finish. Privately bought from the original owners family, the original aniline hide is in remarkable condition given the almost 50 year age of the chairs and it is clear the chairs have been well looked after and used infrequently.

Sid Pollard’s work is unusual for an ex Mouseman and  Yorkshire Critters craftsman as it is  almost always unmarked, he preferred to let his craftsmanship speak for itself.
