Circa 1960s

A superb wall hung oak panelled Corner Cupboard from  ex mouseman craftsman Alan ‘Acornman’ Grainger at Acorn Industries. Solid oak throughout and adzed to all front facing surfaces it is of very neat  proportions,  a more modest overall size than is usually seen on the market. The interior is pristine with 2 removable oak shelves. If  the door was required to open from the other side it would be easy to invert the cupboard and reposition the brass hanging brackets.

It presents in excellent condition with no stains, damage or repairs and is part of a collection of recently privately acquired Acornman and Kingpost pieces known to have been purchased in the 50s and 60s.
