Circa 1980s

A heart shaped  oak three legged stool from the Acorn Industries workshops founded by  ex mouseman craftsman Alan ‘Acornman’ Grainger in the late 1950s and continued trading up to 2005.  The adzed seat is supported by three splayed  legs wedge jointed through the seat top. Lovely overall condition with solid joints and signature acorn carved into the seat top. From the same ownership as the spinning stool (DS1537)
