An excellent oak ceiling chandelier from Alan ‘Acornman’ Grainger who’s family business, founded in 1957, traded as Acorn Industries in Brandsby until Alan’s retirement in 2005.

It features a 3 branch light fitting with gently curved arms connecting centrally to a hexagonal central hub with a signature carved acorn to one facet.  A hexagonal central column rises, to which is fitted a wrought iron hanging chain and octagonal oak ceiling rose. Being of relatively modern manufacture it retains its original modern 3 core wiring and earthed brass fittings, and is ready to connect and use. Bought privately, it was in working order on removal from the ceiling. We’ve cleaned and re-waxed it.
