Circa 1960s

A Derek Slater ‘Fishman’ Nest of 3 Tables, rectangular in form with adzed tops, each standing on four carved and chamferred legs joined with stretchers. Derek’s early period signature fish is carved prominemtly into the lower corner of each table top.

Clearly extremely well looked after they present in excellent condition with wonderful graining and a deep waxed patina. There is only the very feintest evidence of splash marking to the largest table top and light surface scratching to the two smaller
tables where they have been pushed in /out of their runners.
