Circa 1980s

An excellent 9 3’4″ square oak Bowl from ex mouseman carftsman Lyndon ‘Catandmouseman’ Hammell of Harmby, Nr Leyburn.  Carved from a solid block of English oak it is of  square form with a central circular bowl and  presents in excellent  fumed  and waxed condition. Lyndon’s carved signature is carved is incised to the centre of the bowl. Lyndon died in 2015.
