A rare, highly unusual  and exceptional condition Peter Heap ‘Rabbitman’ 3′ circular dining or kitchen  table. The oak used for the table top was clearly specially selected by Peter  as it is a rairly found single plank top with natural burrs and knotting which adds considerably to the character and patina of the table. The top sits on a pedestal cruciform base with four feet. His signature rabbit is carved in high relief to the pedestal.

Beautiful rich waxed colour and patina, no damage or repairs just slight natural warpage to the top, typical on aged single plank tops but not detrimental to usage at all. A copy of the original invoice dated  25/10/74 to the purchasers in Filey is included in the sale.

I am selling this piece on behalf of its owner but it is in my posession for viewing.
