A superb example of a Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson Oak Two Tier Trolley, ideal as a traditional dinner serving wagon or a versatile storage side table. Deeper fumes from new it has a beautiful natural depth of aged colour. Of traditional rectangular design with four corner posts with shaped tops, a trademark mouse carved to one of them.

Sympathetically cleaned of  the expected ring stains to the two flat surfaces then sealed with a modern wax/oil finish to add resistance to water and other staining, prior to a final top coat of wax. The original Kendrick Shepard castors were clearly past their best so we’ve purchased a new set, as they can still be purchased today.
