A Robert  Mouseman Thompson oak Fire Screen of rectangular form on sledge feet with a pierced handle, carved top side posts and trademark mouse carved in high relief to the top edge. An inset wool tapestry below depicting a hunting scene, behind a glass panel with oak rear panelling. Superb condition with no damage or faults and a rich deep colour to the wooden frame.
