A superb pair of bespoke Robert Mouseman Thompson oak hall settles, extensively adzed to all outer facing surfaces in line with early manufacture with large mice exquisitely carved to the traditionally upturned arms. One inscribed ‘Honour the Queen’ the other ‘Fear God’, both dated 1953. In the same  ownership from new until their decease last year.

Exceptional condition and deep rich aged honey colour.
